At In Motion Sports & Family Chiropractic, our memberships and bundled care options are designed for patients who want more than occasional follow-up visits. These options support consistency, recovery, performance, and long-term movement health for active individuals, athletes, and families.
Memberships and bundles provide a structured approach to care while remaining flexible and individualized based on your goals, lifestyle, and physical demands.
Memberships are optional.
We continue to offer single-visit, pay-as-you-go care for patients who prefer not to enroll in a membership.
Chiropractic + Massage Recovery Bundles
Our recovery bundles combine chiropractic care and massage therapy as separate, consecutive appointments, allowing each service to be delivered with proper time and attention.
Massage therapy may be scheduled as:
A standalone service
An add-on to chiropractic care
Part of a coordinated recovery bundle
Massage services are provided by a licensed massage therapist and may be paired with chiropractic care to support muscle recovery, mobility, and overall movement health.
Adjustment-Only Membership
Up to 4 visits per month (weekly)
Best for:
Patients who prefer traditional chiropractic care without soft tissue work.
Includes:
Weekly chiropractic adjustments
Alignment-focused care only
No soft tissue techniques
Ideal if:
You respond well to adjustments and want consistent alignment support.
Performance & Rehab Membership
4 visits per month (weekly)
Best for:
Athletes, highly active individuals, or patients recovering from injury.
Includes:
Weekly chiropractic visits
Advanced soft tissue and movement-based care
Focus on biomechanics, recovery, and performance
Corrective and rehabilitative strategies as appropriate
Ideal if:
You train, compete, or place higher physical demands on your body.
Preventative Maintenance Membership
1 visit per month
Best for:
Patients who want to stay aligned, mobile, and pain-free with minimal intervention.
Includes:
1 chiropractic visit per month
Adjustment with light, targeted soft tissue as needed
Focus on maintenance, posture, and daily movement support
Ideal if:
You’re generally doing well and want to prevent issues before they start.
Recovery Essentials Bundle
Per month:
2 chiropractic visits
1 × 60-minute massage
Best for:
General recovery, desk workers, and maintenance with added soft tissue support.
Movement Care Membership
2 visits per month
Best for:
Patients with recurring issues, movement restrictions, or mild to moderate musculoskeletal concerns.
Includes:
2 chiropractic visits per month
Full-body adjustments
Targeted soft tissue and fascial work as indicated
Techniques may include ART, FDM, and Graston
Ideal if:
You want more than maintenance but don’t need weekly rehab-level care.
Performance Recovery Bundle
Per month:

1 × 90-minute massage
